Matt is Chef Manager at Forrest Sandle Manor. He has been at the school since 1998.
He started here on maternity cover and has never left. In his spare time, Matt is a private caterer and is a keen footballer Spurs supporter.
His ambition is to have the Dinning Room named after him.
