If I told you that the boarders enjoyed an ice-cream on the beach in January, you’d probably think I’d gone mad but that’s exactly what happened last Sunday!

After a tasty full English breakfast and the opportunity to write letters home, the boarders wrapped up warm and boarded the minibuses to explore the beautiful Jurassic Coast.  As you can see from the photographs, we were blessed with blue skies and sunshine and being wrapped up warm, the boarders enjoyed a stunning walk with glorious views of Durdle Door.  Ice creams were enjoyed on the beach at Lulworth with the opportunity to skim stones and even bask in the winter sunshine.  Who would have thought it?!

A delicious Roast Beef dinner awaited the boarders on their return and the boarders certainly slept well after all that fresh air.  How lucky we are to be situated in such a beautiful part of England.
