Cathie has had over 40 years of Nursing experience, involving Cancer, Cardiac and Practice Nursing. She has been involved with many of her children’s schools as part of the parent volunteer schemes (PTA, Funding groups etc). Cathie has also invigilated at the local Academy, supporting children with special educational needs as their scribe or as a reader. She says ‘I love the whole school environment and am very excited to be working at FSM and have been made to feel very welcome by an amazing team.’
Cathie is also a keen Netball player, still playing, and umpiring, at the Local League. She is in England Netball Level 2 coach and used to run (and coach ) Hoops Junior Netball Club.
