What a spectacular evening at our Year 6 – 8 Christmas Feast yesterday!
The festivities started with pre-supper drinks in the magnificent Great Hall, providing ample opportunities to catch up on the remarkable happenings around the school. Transitioning to the Dining Hall, Year 6s – 8s eagerly took their seats for a delectable two-course Christmas Feast.
It was then time for festive as crackers were popped, and party hats adorned heads. The culinary delights were extraordinary, sparking lively conversations about recent school achievements and the impending Christmas break.
Post-feast, the gathering spontaneously transformed into a joyous sing-along, featuring beloved Christmas classics and recent hits from the Bugsy production.
Expressing gratitude became the highlight as we extended heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the evening’s success – a special thank you to Mrs Holbrook for her organizational prowess, the dedicated FSM Team, and the truly incredible catering team.
The evening continued with speeches that paved the way for an impromptu dance session in the Dining Hall, where everyone grooved to their favourite tunes, possibly including some festive Christmas songs!
In summary, it was an absolutely enchanting evening for all, a testament to the outstanding efforts of FSM. Well done to everyone involved!
