The Directors act on behalf of the Proprietors and hold ultimate responsibility for the School’s performance and compliance across all areas, including:

The Board of Directors meets termly with the Head and, where appropriate, other members of the Senior Leadership Team to review standing agenda items and to provide strategic oversight and challenge. Directors also make efforts to attend key school events throughout the year to maintain a strong understanding of daily life at FSM.

Governors
FSM is additionally supported by Governors, who act in an advisory capacity. Governors do not hold statutory responsibility but work closely with the Senior Leadership Team as critical friends, offering external perspective, professional expertise, and constructive challenge.
