Yesterday, pupils from Year 3 upwards took part in one of the most anticipated events of the autumn term – our Big House Performance Competition. Bursting with festive fun and teamwork, the challenge was a brilliant start to our first Gold House competition of the academic year.
Each House rose to the challenge with impressive enthusiasm. The Singing and Dance activities brought wonderful festive energy, with pupils performing Christmas songs and choreographed routines that filled the room with joy. They also took on a Santa Run around the cross-country track, adding even more excitement to the day.
The competition concluded with a celebratory showcase for parents. Children performed with confidence, teamwork, and real pride. It was fantastic to see so many families come along to support and enjoy the afternoon.

After much deliberation, the judges awarded this year’s Gold House Trophy to Sloden House. Congratulations to Sloden for their exceptional performance. A huge well done to all pupils who took part.
