Mrs Odhams graduated from Roehampton University in 2005 with a BA in Primary Education, specialising in Art and Key Stage 1. Over the past 20 years, she has taught across the primary age range in both Independent and Local authority schools.

Her career has included time teaching in the National Gallery’s Education Department, where her schemes of work were published. She is a strong advocate of the creative curriculum, believing that learning should be engaging, inclusive and accessible to every child. Most recently, she delivered school improvement workshops across Dorset, supporting colleagues in developing meaningful and effective classroom practice.

Mrs Odhams’ approach to teaching is rooted in kindness, encouragement and a belief in the potential of every learner. She is passionate about building confidence in young people and celebrating achievement in all its forms.

Beyond the classroom, she enjoys baking, crafting and crocheting. She also attends weekly pottery lessons and is an active member of the WI, bringing the same creativity and community spirit into her personal life as she does her professional one.
