Our Nursery children went up onto our Moor this afternoon, collecting twigs, leaves, and moss to construct a rocket!
They had a wonderful time foraging for all the needed and looking at the leaves’ different shapes, sizes, and colours.
They sang songs about going to the Moon and had so much fun outside in our wonderful Forest School area.

The rocket itself took shape with the rocket burners being depicted by the wonderful red leaves that the children found.
