This week it was the turn of our Year 8 boarders to plan our ‘Wicked Wednesday’ and what a fantastic evening they organised.  They worked really hard to lay on a range of activities that the boarders would really enjoy and they demonstrated excellent leadership and collaboration skills throughout the evening.  From cupcake decorating and mindful colouring to an obstacle course in the DHH, there was something to appeal to everyone.  A lot of hard work had gone into the planning of a Quiz involving the boarders’ names and trainers and the Year 8s knew that Hide and Seek was always going to be popular activity.

I am really proud of our Year 8s and on behalf of the rest of the boarding house, would like to thank them hugely for all their efforts.  They’ve already asked if they can organise another ‘Wicked Wednesday’ next term and the answer is a resounding ‘yes’!
