Mrs Carver has been working with children for over 30 years. Initially, she helped set up a Toddler group and a Playschool, moving on to a role as a Special Needs  Teaching Assistant in an Infant School and then as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at a Primary School in Bournemouth. She has enjoyed encouraging children to achieve their potential by stimulating their enthusiasm for learning and also their determination to succeed in the Pre-Prep at Forres Sandle Manor since 2012.

As well as achieving her Higher Level Teaching Assistant status in 2007, Caroline graduated from the University of Plymouth with a Foundation Degree in Education (Teaching Assistants) in 2009.

Outside of work Caroline is a keen Quilter and has assisted at Young Quilters Guild workshops in Birmingham. As well as stitching she enjoys knitting and crocheting items for her grandchildren. She also supports her husband with their allotment, growing show vegetables and facilitating visits from the children in Forres Sandle Manor Nursery and PrePrep.
